This is PEER-based mentoring model training. During the training, the participants, teachers of English for Computer Science, are teaching their real class of English for Computer Science. This in-service training covers theories and practices of teaching English for Computer Science using the grand theory of Brown’s 12-pedagogical characteristics of a good language teacher and Knowles’ 4 assumptions of teaching adult learners: problem-centered, experiential, engaging, and relevant. During the training, the participants are doing action research, with the trainer as the collaborator. By the end of the training, the participants are expected to be able to apply all 12-pedagogical characteristics of a good language teacher and use PEER model to teach their students.
